摘要

In this study, dibenzosuberenone (DBS)-based non-enzymatic electrochemical sensors are fabricated and investigated against four different analytes. In the sensor test measurements, it is concluded that the fructose detection performance of the DBS-based sensor is higher than the glucose, maltose, and lactose detection performances. It is observed that this non-enzymatic electrochemical sensor against fructose for all concentration responses indicating reduction and oxidation redox reactions, increases steadily as the concentration increases. The fructose detection limit of the sensor is 8.33 μM in 1 min voltammetric cycle. The sensor detected fructose with 25.92 μAmM−1 sensitivity. Since prepared DBS-based non-enzymatic electrochemical sensors exhibit significant sensitivity, they have potential to be successfully applied in the detection of fructose in a food. This study provides a simple sensor platform for sensitive detection of fructose in foods. In addition, the conductivity and impedance results of all DBS-based sensors are related to each other and are an effective parameter in the current density and sensitivity of the sensors. The high sensitivity of the sensors is associated with their impedance and conductivity.
