摘要

Ni and La co-based cobalt-based nanoferrites (NFs) with the formula Co1−xNixLayFe2−yO4, where \(x=y=0.0 {\text{to}} 0.5 {\text{with}} 0.1\) x = y = 0.0 to 0.5 with 0.1 nanoferrites were prepared through the citrate gel autocombustion technique. The synthesized materials were analyzed through X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), Fourier transformation infrared (FTIR), and Raman spectroscopy. Photocatalytic activity, magnetic, and electrical properties analyzed by the methylene blue, acid red, VSM, and LCR meter, respectively. The phase spinel structure and FD3M space group of the synthesized nanoferrites are confirmed by the X-ray diffraction pattern. Agglomerations of nanoparticles and grain boundaries were observed using SEM analysis. The elemental analysis of synthesized nanomaterials was revealed through energy-dispersive spectroscopy. Two main broadbands, the tetrahedron (A) and the octahedron (B) sites were found in the FTIR spectrum to confirm the spinal structure. The magnetic properties parameters like magnetic saturation, coercivity, and remanent magnetization are observed by the Vibration Sample Magnetometer (VSM). The optimized magnetic parameters suggest that the prepared materials may have significant applications in high-density recording media. The LCR meter is used to evaluate the frequency and temperature-dependent dielectric parameters, including sigma AC, dielectric permittivity, dielectric loss (Tan), and impedance spectra. Upon raising temperature and frequency, AC conductivity (σAC) increased.
