摘要

Rapid, effective, and environmentally friendly solution combustion was used to create samarium-doped Na3Y(PO4)2 nanomaterials that emit vivid orange light. The produced crystalline nanophosphor have orthorhombic structure, which includes the Pca21(29) space group, was validated by Rietveld refinement of XRD patterns. The elements included in the targeted samples were identified using energy-dispersive X-ray (EDAX) analysis, and the non-uniform agglomerated particles were identified as belonging to the nano-domain (1–100 nm) through TEM. When excited by near-UV light, the luminescence spectrum exhibits a moderate amount of reddish orange emission at a wavelength of 606 nm and 703 nm that is consistent with the electronic transition 4G5/2 → 6H7/2 and 4G5/2 → 6H11/2. Additionally, rates of radiation-less conversions, quantum efficacy, and radiation lifetime were investigated. The strongest concentration was discovered to be x = 0.09 mol, after which the intensity of the emission falls due to the concentration quenching effect. The chromaticity plot’s reddish orange region indicates the location of the CIE coordinates and, consequently, the CCT values, highlighting their probable usage in WLEDs, solid-state lighting, and other sophisticated optoelectronic applications.
