Temperature-dependent response of electrical properties for Ti4+ doped Li0.35+y/2Zn0.1Mn0.1TiyFe2.35−3y/2O4 spinel ferrites
摘要
Lithium-based ferrites having compositional formula Li0.35+y/2Zn0.1Mn0.1TiyFe2.35−3y/2O4 where y in the range of 0.00–0.75 with 0.15 step size were prepared by the solid-state route. The sample’s single-phase cubic spinel structure was discovered using XRD investigation. Additionally computed were the structural parameters such as density, porosity, crystallite size, and lattice constant. Energy dispersive X-ray was used to establish the sample’s elemental compositions while scanning electron microscopy was used to determine the sample’s microstructural information. The temperature response of d.c. resistivity (ρd.c.) behaviour was studied from temperature-dependent, transmission electron microscope was used to determine the particle size, shape and distribution. For these samples, the a.c. electrical conductivity (σa.c.) properties were also covered. The nyquist plot analysis revealed the conduction mechanisms and the semicircle curve obtained depicted the contribution of resistance from the ceramic samples. The report presents a systematic analysis and discussion of the acquired results.
