Investigation of manganite nanoparticles for efficient energy conversion

摘要

Synthesize of La0.75Ba0.05Ca0.2Mn0.93Cr0.07O3 nanoparticle manganite were carried by Sol gel method. Based on the Rietveld method, the refinement results identify the crystallization of our samples orthorhombic structure with the Imma symmetry. The temperature dependence of magnetization M(T) curves at 0.05 T applied magnetic field indicate that the samples undergo a ferromagnetic paramagnetic transition around the Curie temperature TC = 265 K. The determined Curie temperature values was deduced from the minima of dM/dT data. The magnetocaloric results, show that the highest magnetic entropy change values was found to be 3.6 J−1 kg−1 K−1 in our sample. This considerable magnetocaloric value exhibiting our samples makes it promising for spintronic devices. Using, the modified Arrott plot, Kouvel Fisher technique, and the critical isotherm, the universal data were analyzed and found to obey the mean field model for La0.75Ba0.05Ca0.2Mn0.93Cr0.07O3.
