摘要

The impact of stress annealing on the permeability, static and dynamic magnetic domains, as well as magnetization behavior has been studied in Fe74Si13B8Nb2Cu1Mn2 and Fe76Si13B8Nb1.5Cu1Mo0.5 amorphous alloys. Increasing the stress-annealing temperatures for FeSiBNbCuMn alloys leads to a decrease in domain width and an enhancement of magnetization rotation, which results in a reduction of permeability and an improvement in frequency stability. Moreover, FeSiBNbCuMo samples’ stress annealed under tensile force of 7 ~ 10 N exhibit a significant stress-annealing-induced anisotropy (Ku) of several hundred J/m3, maintaining a constant permeability of 340 to 1720 at frequencies ranging from 1 kHz to 50 MHz. Furthermore, a relationship between tensile force, permeability, induced anisotropy, and domain width is established. These findings provide a valuable guide for enhancing frequency stability of permeability by adjusting anisotropy and dynamic domain structure.
