Luminescent properties and energy transfer mechanism from Tb3+ to Eu3+ in color adjustable nano Ca5(PO4)3(OH): Eu3+,Tb3+ phosphors
摘要
Nanorod-like Ca5(PO4)3(OH): xEu3+, yTb3+ (x + y = 12 mol%) phosphors with multicolor tunable emission were synthesized by a facile hydrothermal method. The structure, morphology and luminescent properties of samples were studied by XRD, EDS, FT-IR, SEM, TEM and PL. The luminescent results demonstrate the existence of energy transfer between Tb3+ and Eu3+ in the Tb3+, Eu3+ co-doped sample, and the energy transfer mechanism from Tb3+ to Eu3+ in the phosphors were studied. When appropriately modulating the Tb3+/Eu3+ doping concentration, various emission colors can be obtained and tuned from yellow-green, yellow, and orange to red through single excitation energy.
