摘要

The temperature stability of low-fired (1−x)Li3Mg2NbO6-xLa0.5Na0.5TiO3-6wt% LiF ceramics (x = 0.025, 0.050, 0.075, 0.100) were fabricated in an effort to develop a low-temperature co-fired microwave communication material. The sintered samples had a primary phase of Li3Mg2NbO6 and a secondary phase of La0.5Na0.5TiO3. The addition of La0.5Na0.5TiO3 additive significantly enhances the dielectric properties of Li3Mg2NbO6 ceramics. After sintering at 925 °C for 6 h, 0.95Li3Mg2NbO6-0.05La0.5Na0.5TiO3-6wt% LiF ceramics showed a dielectric performance: the εr value of 14.9, × f of 51,888 GHz, and the τf value of − 4.77 ppm/°C. The samples displayed well compatibility with the silver electrodes. It is promised to become a new material in microwave communication and has potential applications in low-temperature co-firing ceramics (LTCC).
