摘要

The paper presents the investigation of microstructure and distribution of elements in steel 18Cr10Ni-Ti modified after irradiation with iron and nickel very high energy ions at 600 °C to a dose of at least 120 dpa. It was discovered that several types of radiation-stimulated objects are formed in steel irradiated with heavy ions. Precipitates and pre-precipitates enriched in titanium are mainly formed as well as areas around these objects enriched in nickel in the sample irradiated with iron ions. Vacancy voids are detected also but its number is very insignificant. Vacancy voids and precipitates enriched in titanium and nickel were found in the sample irradiated with nickel ions. However, many vacancy voids were not found in both samples. The formation of a subgrain structure was also shown in irradiated samples. This structure developed especially intensively in the sample irradiated with iron ions.
