Study on the corrosion behavior of a new low nickel coating alloy in chloride molten salt
摘要
In this paper, the roles of Mo and N elements on the corrosion of low-Ni coatings alloy and Inconel 625 coatings alloy in argon environment at 800 ℃ were studied by means of immersion corrosion test and microstructure analysis. The corrosion degree of Inconel 625 coatings alloy was more serious than that of low-Ni coatings alloy. The precipitates of alloying elements affected the outward spreading of Cr element, resulting in the corrosion tolerance of low-Ni coatings alloy was superior to that of Inconel 625 coatings alloy. The interaction between elements also affected the corrosion process.
