摘要

The importance of Fe-based amorphous alloys in the field of corrosion is gradually being recognized due to their unique disordered atomic arrangement and superior corrosion resistance. As a promising new type of highly corrosion-resistant alloy, recent studies have shown that Fe-based amorphous alloys have a uniform composition and structure. Despite the absence of defects such as grain boundaries and segregation that promote corrosion in crystalline alloys, their application is still influenced by environmental corrosion. This paper introduces the recent development of Fe-based amorphous alloys for the first time and provides an overview of the current research on the preparation and corrosion behavior of Fe-based amorphous alloys. It first discusses in detail the preparation methods for ribbon, powder, and bulk forms of Fe-based amorphous alloys and then investigates the influence of factors such as composition regulation, structural state, and corrosive media on the corrosion resistance of these alloys. Finally, it discusses the existing issues and future development trends in the application of Fe-based amorphous alloys in corrosion resistance research.
