Synthesis and dielectric performance of new calcium boro-stannate microwave ceramics
摘要
The exploration of low permittivity and dielectric loss microwave dielectric ceramics is particularly important in order to meet the requirements of high-speed massive communication. In this work, new CaSn (BO3)2 ceramics were fabricated by using solid-phase sintering method, and their phase structure, microstructure and dielectric properties were investigated. The sintering temperature has an important effect on microwave dielectric performances of the ceramics. The CaSn (BO3)2 ceramic sintered at 1040 °C exhibited the optimal dielectric properties of εr = 5.20, Q × ƒ = 47,725 GHz, τƒ = − 11 ppm/ °C.
