摘要

All-solid-state lithium batteries (ASSLBs) have aroused worldwide interests for their high safety and energy density. As known to all, solid-state electrolytes (SSEs) are one of the most important parts in ASSLBs, and how to develop SSEs with improved electrochemical performances is still the current research hot topic for researchers. However, the applications of ionic liquid @ metal–organic frameworks (IL@MOFs) for solid-state electrolytes are rarely reviewed. This review briefly describes the characteristics of ILs and MOFs and reviews the latest research advances of IL@MOFs-based SSEs in ASSLBs. The synthesis methods, applications, and current problems as well as future perspectives of IL@MOFs are included. We hope that this review might offer meaningful guidance for the development of next-generation SSEs.

This review briefly introduces the characteristics of ILs and MOFs and systematically reviews the latest research progress of IL@MOFs-based SSEs in ASSLBs in recent years based on our previous works. We also summarize and look forward to the synthesis methods, applications, and current or possible future problems of IL@MOFs in ASSLBs to provide ideas for advancing the research and development of new-generation ASSLBs.
