<p>Intelligent robotic welding is transforming equipment manufacturing by advancing from traditional “teach-and-playback” methods to sophisticated data-driven automation. This evolution is enabled by digital twins, multi-sensor integration, and advanced algorithms that collectively enhance welding precision and efficiency. This paper focuses on the latest research progress in key technologies driving this transformation, including automated robotic welding systems, vision sensing technology, weld path recognition, weld shape and property control, post-weld intelligent detection and processing. The current status and future outlook of intelligent robotic welding are summarized and discussed.</p>
