Data-driven based intelligent grinding process system: construction strategies and applications

The development of intelligent green process system is the essence of the deep integration of advanced manufacturing technology and digital information technology, and it is also a key step to realize the green and intelligent industrial manufacturing. At present, in the manufacturing field such as bearing grinding, there is a lack of a systematic solution with strong practicability, rich data, comprehensive analysis, prediction, optimization and green guidance of the process. In this context, the overall architecture of the intelligent green process system is constructed. Taking bearing grinding as an example, the key technologies of the process system are discussed, and a set of intelligent green process system software for bearing grinding is developed. The R2 values of the predicted results of the system are all greater than 0.96, and the optimized results show certain improvements in quality, efficiency, and greenness compared to commonly used parameters in enterprises. The comparison results verify the feasibility and applicability of the system, which can provide data support, intelligent decision-making and optimization guidance for intelligent grinding of bearings.
