<p>The sustainable performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is a critical global issue, particularly in light of climate change. This study explores how green innovation, technological linkages, and knowledge management contribute to the sustainable performance of SMEs, examining the mediating role of strategic change and the moderating role of government support. A total of 212 valid responses were collected via Google Forms and analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling&#xa0;(PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that green innovation, technological linkages, and knowledge management significantly enhance the sustainable performance of SMEs. Strategic change was found to mediate this relationship, while government support did not exhibit a significant moderating effect. This study presents a novel approach to enhancing SME performance through sustainable practices and emphasizes its theoretical and practical implications, along with limitations and future research directions.</p>
