<p>The COVID-19 pandemic led to an overwhelming global disruption to family life and increased levels of stress and anxiety. Living in lockdown, social distancing, disrupted schooling, uncertainty, and the stress of financial insecurity due to job loss have been major challenges, leading to concerns about the adverse mental health and social effects of the pandemic on children and parents. This paper discusses how an evidence-based program, the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program was adapted to meet the needs of parents. Using population health principles, <i>Parenting in a Pandemic</i> is a unique multilevel, online system of parenting support and professional training. Challenges associated with adapting to the needs of parents in a global public health crisis are discussed.</p>
