Shifts of Luminescence Spectra of Radiation-induced Color Centers in Nanocrystals of Sodium, Magnesium and Lithium Fluorides
摘要
Changes in the luminescence and luminescence excitation spectra of near-cluster radiation-induced color centers in nanocrystals of sodium, magnesium, and lithium fluorides are examined relative to the size of the nanoclusters, near which these centers are located. Shifts in the luminescence bands of near-cluster centers were studied relative to change in the sample maintenance temperature before and after radiation exposure. Shifts and widths of the luminescence and luminescence excitation bands were determined after thermal annealing of the samples leading to a decrease in nanocluster size. A method for increasing the nanocluster size was developed and the effect of this increase on the spectra of the nanocrystals was studied.
