Optimization of the Electronic Properties of Methylammonium Lead Bromide by Changing its Anionic Composition
摘要
A synthesis is reported for crystalline chloride-substituted methylammonium lead bromide MAPbBr3–xClx (x = 0.01,…, 0.10). The effect of changing the anionic composition on the electrical properties of these perovskites was studied and the optimal chloride content to achieve various specific desired conductivity characteristics was determined. The electronic properties of MAPbBr3–xClx were studied using both impedance spectroscopy and optical absorption spectroscopy. High-resolution 1H NMR spectroscopy and x-ray powder diffraction were used to confirm the quality of the synthesis products.
