<p>Two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy was used to assign the hydrogen and carbon signals in the spectra of glycyrrhizic acid, the monoammonium salt of glycyrrhizic acid, lagochirzine, lagochilin, as well as tetraacetyl and isopropylidene derivatives of lagochilin in various solvents. These compounds were studied by tandem mass spectrometry in ESI and APCI modes.</p>
