<p>Hydrophilic polyurethane–urea films were obtained using cycloaliphatic diisocyanates and nonionic surfactants such as ethoxylated alcohols and alkylphenols. The effect of the selected modifiers on the phase structure of the resultant materials was assessed using ATR-IR spectroscopy.</p>
