Difference Spectroscopy for Testing the Antioxidant Properties of Biological Material
摘要
An approach has been developed for testing the antioxidant properties of biological material based on spectral changes in hemoproteins upon complex formation with peroxidized phosphatidylcholine and its derivatives using difference spectroscopy. This approach adequately describes natural processes and can be used in clinical and biochemical studies as well as to develop methods for assessing the resistance of individuals to oxidative stress and predicting the ability of patients to recover from diseases varying in severity.
