Purpose <p>To evaluate the visual and refractive outcomes of the segmented refractive PRECIZON Presbyopic NVA and NVA Toric intraocular lenses (IOLs) following cataract surgery, with additional focus on rotational stability and the influence of preoperative higher-order aberrations (HOA).</p> Methods <p>In this prospective post-market clinical follow-up study, 25 patients (50 eyes) underwent cataract surgery with implantation of the PRECIZON Presbyopic NVA or NVA Toric IOL. Visual acuity, refractive outcomes, rotational stability, dysphotopsia, and patient satisfaction were evaluated over a 3&#xa0;month follow-up period. Corneal and total ocular HOA were assessed using Scheimpflug tomography and wavefront aberrometry.</p> Results <p>Three months postoperatively, monocular uncorrected distance visual acuity (UDVA) improved significantly from 0.64 ± 0.34 logMAR preoperatively to 0.04 ± 0.09 logMAR (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.0001). Binocular UDVA reached − 0.04 ± 0.08&#xa0;logMAR. Postoperative refractive astigmatism was ≤ 0.50&#xa0;D in approximately 80% of eyes. Mean IOL rotation was in toric eyes (n = 38) 2.5 ± 3.1°. No significant correlations were found between preoperative HOA and postoperative corrected distance visual acuity. Dysphotopsias were reported as infrequent, mild, and generally non-bothersome.</p> Conclusion <p>The PRECIZON Presbyopic NVA and NVA Toric IOLs provided effective visual rehabilitation across multiple distances with good refractive predictability, rotational stability, and low dysphotopsia rates. No significant associations between preoperative HOAs and postoperative visual outcomes were observed within the studied cohort.</p>

Conclusion
