<p>In order to explore the use of new generation information technology to accelerate the digital transformation of the industry, this paper analyzes the connotation of digital twin technology and explores its application in product design, manufacturing and services. The implementation path of digital twin technology in intelligent pipelines is studied, and its application in intelligent manufacturing equipment and the evaluation of the entire production process are deeply explored. This article uses virtual reality intelligent sensing technology to analyze various indicators of products in the production process, and finds that the use of virtual reality intelligent sensing technology can improve various parameter indicators of products. Experimental data analysis shows that the use of virtual reality intelligent sensing technology can improve the product qualification rate, with a maximum increase of 8%, and the accuracy of the overall average operating time of the equipment is improved by 3.5%. This paper combines virtual reality intelligent sensing technology with digital twin operation and maintenance system to further analyze the layout of the production workshop and production speed, realize real-time monitoring and dynamic adjustment of the production and manufacturing process, thereby improving product quality and production efficiency.</p>

VR intelligent sensing technology in digital twin and computer operation and maintenance system
