Continuum Damage Mechanics in Problems of Prediction of Structural Members Load-Bearing Capacity
摘要
Overview of general approaches to determining the damage parameter based on the basic principles of continuum damage mechanics is given. Special attention is paid to the description of the processes of scattered fracture of metal structural materials under static and low-cycle loading. A generalized phenomenological model of the kinetics of damage accumulation, which takes into account the effect of the stress mode, is proposed. In this case, the surface is used as the boundary surface according to the Pisarenko-Lebediev criterion. Fracture criterion for complex loading is presented, taking into account two fracture mechanisms: tearing and shearing. The results of experimental studies on determining the damage parameter for various metal materials are presented. The procedure of using the damage parameter in solving the problems of assessing the stress-strain state of structural members is considered.
