Compression of Semibounded Body with Thin Coating Layer Along Interface Near-Surface Crack. Part I
摘要
A plane static problem of compression of semibounded body (foundation) with a thin coating layer along a near-surface crack located on a rectilinear interface between two different materials is studied using the relations of the three-dimensional linearized theory of stability of deformable bodies. A piecewise homogeneous medium model is used under the assumption that the coating material is less rigid than the foundation material. In the case when the roots of the corresponding characteristic equations are equal for both materials, the critical values of the loading parameters are determined and their dependences on the physical and mechanical characteristics of the materials and the geometric parameters of the problem are analyzed.
