Inextensible Transversely Isotropic Plate with Circular Hole Under Known Splitting Force

Using the method of expanding unknown functions into Fourier series of Legendre polynomials, we have obtained a system of equations for the equilibrium state of a transversally isotropic plate that has a constant thickness under combined conditions on flat faces. The method for representing the general analytical solution of the system for symmetrical deformation of the plate with respect to the mid-plane has been described. A solution to the problem of the stress state of a plate with a circular hole to which a known splitting force is applied has been found.
