<p>This study adopted a person-centered approach to examine the perceived employability profiles of undergraduate students. Three profiles were extracted: confident, unconfident, and semiconfident. The relationships among these profiles with adaptivity, career adaptability, and adapting were assessed. The data were collected from 1025 undergraduate students. Higher levels of career adaptability, adaptivity, and adapting predicted membership in the confident profile, while lower levels were associated with the unconfident profile. None of the variables predicted membership in the semiconfident profile. The findings revealed that self-belief and perceived labor market status are important in students’ perceived employability.</p>
