摘要

This study presents a group career intervention protocol to enhance employability and career self-management for unemployed individuals in Portugal. Using a longitudinal quasi-experimental design, it targets unemployed adults over 18 with basic literacy, fostering self-reflection, decision-making, employability resources and personalised career action plans. The evaluation design includes sociodemographic and career history surveys, and the multidimensional measure of employability at four time points. Process evaluation includes quantitative and qualitative feedback through surveys and interviews. Anticipated outcomes include improved employability resources in the intervention groups, supported by participants and psychologists’ perceptions. This protocol offers a replicable design for tailored career interventions.
