<p>Multiethnic families in Korea have primarily been formed through marriages between Korean men and foreign women from less developed countries. Multiethnic adolescents face career decision-making challenges due to ethnic discrimination, identity confusion, and limited access to career information. This study aims to analyze multiethnic adolescents’ career decision-making changes using data from the Multiethnic Adolescents Panel Survey. The study employed latent growth models for the analysis. Results show steady growth in decision-making with age, influenced by bicultural acceptance, academic adaptation, self-awareness, and peer relationships. The study highlights the importance of fostering these factors to effectively support multiethnic adolescents in making career decisions.</p>
