<p>In this work, we proposed an encrypted quantum controlled teleportation protocol as an extension of the previous work in <a href="https://doi.org/10.1007/s10773-023-05278-z">https://doi.org/10.1007/s10773-023-05278-z</a>. We add a controller to the protocol so that the security is better on the senders and receiver side, i.e., it is more difficult for them to steal the actual information away. We also reevaluate the protocol to optimize the probability and fidelity value and show that it can achieve a unit probability with an acceptable fidelity value. The novelty of the protocol is the increased security under the “steal-away” attack on both the sender and receiver’s side, which is neglected in other existing protocols.</p>
