<p>The study aimed to assess college students’ perceptions of the universal design for learning infused with educational technology used within the learning process. 37 college students engaged in focus groups and end-of-the-semester reflections and surveys about their learning within an undergraduate course with UDL and educational technology at the forefront. Qualitative and survey research design was used. Researchers qualitatively analyzed the data for themes, subthemes, high frequency responses, and percentage of response. Findings demonstrate that establishment of a strong sense of community led to student willingness to partake in multiple forms of engagement, representation, and action and expression that infused multiple forms educational technologies. Multiple Means of Representation demonstrate the innovative approaches to teaching using a variety of strategies and technology. Multiple Means of Action and Expression included students using educational multimedia to demonstrate their content knowledge in flexible means. Analysis led to the development of a framework for UDL infused with educational technology in higher education to support learner variability, educational needs, and diversity that can be generalized across disciplines.</p>
