摘要

It is essential for students to develop their evaluative judgement in post-secondary education. This refers to their ability to weigh up and make decisions regarding the quality of their work and that of others. It is also necessary to facilitate the feedback process as an aspect which supports learning. This paper presents the evaluation of EvalCOMIX-FLOASS, a technological environment developed to facilitate monitoring and assessment of learning outcomes, enhancing evaluative judgement and feedback. This technological environment has been supported within the assessment-as-learning approach and developed to facilitate monitoring and assessment of learning outcomes. The evaluation process used a mixed methodology with a multi-phase evaluative design to gather the perceptions of 275 students and 43 teachers who interacted with this technological environment on 39,093 occasions. It was rated very positively for facilitating development of evaluative judgement and the feedback processes. In the students’ opinion, this is an environment which helps them rate their learning and the strategies that they use to guide this process, plus the mechanisms required to make progress. In the teachers’ opinion, this is a useful environment which allows them to monitor and assess achievement levels from the learning outcomes. Future lines of research are suggested, requiring a design rethink for this type of technological environment so that it might facilitate innovative assessment processes, taking into consideration the opportunities and threats represented by artificial intelligence.
