Low cost nanoamperemeter based on switched integrator circuit
摘要
A compact current-to-frequency measurement system for picoampere and nanoampere currents is presented. The system employs charge quantization using a precision IVC102U integrator, a fixed-threshold comparator, and an STM32F407 microcontroller. Experimental results demonstrate highly linear current measurements without the use of an ADC over a range from 100 pA to several tens of nanoamperes, making the system suitable for beam diagnostics, dosimetry, and ultra-low current monitoring.
