摘要

This paper presents the results of instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) of the distribution of macro- and microelements in the “soil–plant” system using winter wheat of the DOSTLIK variety as an example at the stages of vegetative growth, heading, and ripening. Samples of soil, roots, stems, leaves, ears, husk and corn collected in April, May, and June 2024 were studied. Using INAA method, the contents of 29 elements were determined with detection limits of 0.0001–1.0 mg/kg. It was shown that the distribution of elements in wheat organs strongly depends on their physiological role and mobility. Sodium mainly accumulates in the roots, while potassium is concentrated in stems and leaves. Immobile elements (Ca, Sr, Fe, Mn) accumulate in vegetative organs, while mobile microelements (Zn, Br, Mo) partially migrate into generative organs.
