摘要

The objective of this stream Research is to find out several WEDM process restrictions, including pulse-on time, voltage, and current, affect material removal rate (MRR) and surface roughness (SR). The next purpose is to determine the optimal machining limit settings that will maximise material removal rate (MRR) and minimize surface roughness (SR) within a specific range. The tests followed the procedures of the assessment plan and were conducted on a L9 even display. Using metal wire as the cathode, an SS 304 solidified steel model is machined in the continuous survey. Using the RSM, or Response Surface Methodology, is used to ascertain the optimal machining settings that would produce the optimum response given the assessment's needs, a second-demand response surface is displayed. The audit's disclosures will be helpful to manufacturing professionals in selecting the best cycle limit strategy for SS 304 tempered steel machining.
