Comparing the phytochemical analysis of amaranthus and novel pineapple peel to determine the flavonoids concentration

The aim of this research paper is to comparison of flavonoids in between the Pineapple peel and Amaranthus. Flavonoids are a broad class of naturally occurring substances found in the kingdom of plants that are well-known for their antioxidant properties and potential health benefits.Three main flavonoids rutin, kaempferol, and quercetin were examined. When compared to pineapple peel, amaranthus showed noticeably higher quantities of rutin, kaempferol, and quercetin.The sample test calculator was used to calculate each group's size while preserving the 80% G-power, 0.05 edge, and 95% confidence interval.Colored complexes are created when ferric chloride and phenols react. Novel pineapple peel and amaranthus have flavonoids with quantifiable values of 0.20 mg per gm of dry weight and 55 and 30%, respectively. On the other hand, the fresh pineapple peel stood out for its distinct characteristics and uniformly dispersed concentration. The statistical analysis validated the significance of these changes by identifying the unique phytochemicals of amaranthus and unique pineapple peel. Using the unique phytochemicals of amaranthus and novel pineapple peel, the statistical significance of these differences was confirmed, resulting in a p-value of 0.036 (< 0.05). Mixing an alkaline solution into the sample,deep violet or blue color changes are frequently noticed,due to the presence of flavonoids. This study examined the flavonoid content of amaranthus and novel pineapple peel. Research indicates that novel pineapple peel has a greater flavonoid concentration than amaranthus.The two groups' statistically significant differences were examined. For the purpose of result analysis, the statistically significant significance value of 0.036 (p < 0.05) has been used. This finding indicates that the flavonoid concentration of pineapple peel is higher than that of amaranthus.The results of the independent sample T test are shown in Table 3 for both the samples and the estimated flavonoids content. These results showed significant variations at p = 0.036(p < 0.05), indicating that the flavonoids in pineapple peel are higher than those in amaranthus. Figure 2(a) shows the adding of dilute HCL to the samples.(b)shows that the color change of orange due to the flavonoids in the sample.
