Pressure effect in the metallic state of λ-(BETS)2GaCl4
摘要
We have measured the resistivity of organic superconductor λ-(BETS)2-GaCl4 under pressure up to 0.9 GPa, from 300 K down to 0.3 K. We revealed that the pressure dependence of the superconducting transition temperature Tc has a dome structure at pressure Pc around 0.13 GPa, while the pressure dependence of the value of power n, by means the power of temperature dependence of resistivity, started from n ∼ 1.2 gradually reaching n = 2.4 and then stabilized at n = 2 above 0.6 kbar. We discuss the origin of this pressure effect to the metallic state of λ-(BETS)2-GaCl4 related to its superconductivity and Fermi liquidity.
