Operability Analysis of the Searching Algorithm for a Faulty Connection with a Single Phase-To-Ground Fault Using the RITM Half-Sized Modeling Complex
摘要
This paper addresses the issue of single phase-to-ground faults as the most frequent failure in 6 – 35 kV networks. An algorithm for searching a faulty connection by the energy of the spectrum of higher harmonics is proposed. The operability of the algorithm is tested on a network model with an isolated neutral using Hall sensors ACS712 as a measuring channel. According to the experimental results, the faulty connection shows the highest value of the spectrum energy. The operability and efficiency of the proposed algorithm in the task of searching for a faulty connection with a single phase-to-ground fault for networks with an isolated neutral and the presence of nonlinear consumers is confirmed.
