Experimental Studies of the Temperature State of Liquid Fuel Supply Pipelines for Gas Turbine 6FA During Long-Term Operation on Gas and Transition to Diesel
摘要
Today, several dozen gas turbine units of type 6FA with a DLN-2.6 combustion system are in operation in Russia. During operation of gas turbines of this type with their dual-fuel design, problems with coking of the lines for supplying liquid fuel to the combustion chamber are observed, which leads to difficulties in changing the operation of the gas turbine from gas to liquid fuel. The article is devoted to the analysis of the liquid fuel supply system implemented in gas turbine units of type 6FA, operating in the Russian Federation. The results of experimental studies of the temperatures of the fuel supply system under various operating modes of the gas turbine unit are presented. The conditions under which coking of fuel supplies is possible are analyzed. Ways to solve this problem are proposed.
