<p>A basic methodology for estimating the elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio of concrete structures operated by GTS in field conditions of instrumental examination using a non-destructive ultrasonic testing method is proposed. These characteristics of the material are in demand during verification calculations. The actual data differ significantly from the design values due to the natural aging of concrete and external influences, accompanied by changes in the properties of the material. There is practically no information in normative and literary sources about practical ways to obtain these important parameters. The article proposes to pay attention to the fundamental possibility of obtaining the required characteristics in the field of instrumental examination of concrete and reinforced concrete structures of GTS.</p>
