Defects and Diagnostics of the Magnetic Systems of Power Transformers
摘要
This study examines common and rare defects in the magnetic systems of both long-lived and short-lived power transformers. Key diagnostic indicators of power transformers are identified, along with prevalent defects in their active part, including short circuits, damage to interlamination insulation and laminations, and core deformations. The effectiveness of frequency response analysis (FRA) in monitoring core condition is demonstrated. Additionally, the causes and extent of increase in the acetylene concentration in the oil tank of transformers rated at 110 kV and above are analyzed in relation to various magnetic system defects.
