Research of Control of Gaseous Fuel Supply in Combustion Chambers of 6FA Gas Turbines (DLN2.6)
摘要
The article discusses in detail the design, control principle and operational features of one of the most complex and expensive units of 6FA gas turbines, low-emission combustion chamber (LECC). Based on the analysis of experimental data obtained from gas turbines of this type operated in the territory of the Russian Federation, the control parameter for fuel regulation in fuel channels, constants for switching combustion modes are deter- mined, and an equation for calculating this parameter based on measurements of values from standard devices of the gas turbine automatic control system is proposed. The design and operating principle of the DLN2.6 combustion chamber are analyzed. All six burners are premix burners. The operation of each of the six low-emission combustion chamber burners is analyzed. The operating conditions of each burner are obtained, the balance combustion temperatures and operating conditions are determined depending on the temperature before the turbine. The work establishes the conditions for rapid switching between the burners. An assess- ment is made of the methods for achieving stable low-emission combustion in this low-emission combustion chamber design, which ensures the reliability of this type of the gas turbine unit.
