摘要

The vehicle-to-grid technology (bidirectional power flow between a vehicle and the grid) was analyzed in order to apply it to the Moscow power system for load leveling. After reviewing the current state of the load, the types of batteries, and the principle of this technology, alternative ways of installing charging stations in an underground parking lot of a typical Moscow business center were analyzed. The purpose of this article was to analyze the concept of bidirectional use of electric vehicles, which implies connecting a car to the grid for either recharging or delivering electricity to the grid for load balancing (reducing the daytime peak and filling the night-time dip). A comparative analysis made it possible to choose the most economic alternative of installing charging stations.
