Effect of Rheological and Process Parameters on the Flow Rate of Sapropel with Natural Moisture Content in a Pressure Pipeline
摘要
The results of studying the effect of temperature on the rheological characteristics of sapropel are presented. The coefficients of transformation between laboratory and actual values of viscosity and shear stress are determined. An equation for the flow rate of sapropel with natural moisture content in a horizontal pipeline in production conditions is proposed. The process parameters that have a significant impact on sapropel flow rate and energy consumption are analyzed.
