General Arrangement of Pumped Storage Power Plants in the Territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan

This article provides information on the prerequisites for the implementation of work on the development of an arrangement of pumped storage power plants (PSPP) in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This article also describes the procedure for determining potential locations for PSPP, the criteria for assessing the suitability and priority of sites, the main parameters of PSPP for the identified sites, the results of a reconnaissance survey, and the information on the main design and planning solutions for river and lake PSPP.
