Hydraulic Studies to Determine the Hydrodynamic Load on the Gates of the ST4 Diversion Tunnel of the Rogun HPP
摘要
A large-scale physical model was used to determine the hydrodynamic load on the radial gates of a diversion tunnel. The conditions for closing the emergency-repair slide gates were studied as well. The optimal dimensions of the structures for supplying air to the chamber of radial gates are substantiated.
