Development of Subsurface Erosion of Soils Adjacent to Concrete Structures (On the Example of Zagorsk Pumped Storage Power Station-2)
摘要
The article discusses one of the dangerous geological processes that can cause serious damage to hydraulic engineering construction objects. Using the example of Zagorsk Pumped Storage Power Station-2 (ZaPSPS-2), it is shown how the initial development of suffosion when filling the downstream pool of the hydraulic structure led to the formation of a weakened zone, subsequent destruction, and removal of suffosion-unstable rocks in the contact zone with the reinforced concrete structure.
