Optimization of Drum Internals of CCPP Heat Recovery Steam Generators with Multiple Forced Circulation
摘要
The study results of hydraulic and thermochemical modes in drums and circulation circuits of TPP boilers are presented. The effect of the location of the continuous blowdown outlet on the models of drum boilers in the form of an external salt compartment is analyzed. The location of the continuous blowdown outlet is shown to significantly affect the thermochemical mode in drums and circulation circuits at its operation with a circulation ratio of 2 – 5. The optimal location of the continuous blowdown outlet should coincide with the zone of maximum concentrations of impurities in the boiler, thus improving the steam quality, reducing the value of continuous blowdown and decreasing the rate of scale deposition in the circulation circuit.
