摘要

Although recent studies in group decision-making (GDM) have increasingly explored consensus attitudes and the consistency of uncertain preferences, these two aspects are typically studied in isolation, without systematically integrating consensus attitudes into the preference construction process. To address this, we propose an integrated framework combining attitudinal consensus building and group preference construction using indirect and uncertain preference information. Based on distributed linguistic preference relations over a small reference set, interactive consensus building incorporates consensus measures, feedback mechanisms, and attitudes such as intolerant, indifferent, and tolerant. Endogenous indices, including the attitudinal consensus acceptability index (ACAI) and attitudinal group consensus level (AGCL), support dynamic consensus evaluation. An automatic preference evolution mechanism mitigates divergent preferences, while preference elicitation and disaggregation analysis reconstruct a representative group preference model. An illustrative example and sensitivity analysis demonstrate the framework’s feasibility and practical applicability.
